TEC Automation has been working together with RAMPF Group, Inc. as a
strategic partner and distributor for Polyurethane Resins and Dispensing
Equipment in the southeast.
Together
with RAMPF’s own expertise and experience in mix-meter, and dispensing of
reactive resins we’re now able to offer fully automated cells built and
assembled in the US.
RAMPF offers a wide range of proven, standardized dispensing modules. We also configure custom engineered solutions for application fields of; bonding, sealing and encapsulating. Our technology offers products for a wide variety of materials with viscosities from liquid to pasty.
RAMPF supplies customized two component polyurethane for sealing, casting, designing and bonding. These innovative systems are used in a wide range of applications and industries.

Typical uses of this technology include the sealing of automotive lights, door modules and electrical enclosures; as well as filters, under hood components and appliances. The process has the benefit of applying a liquid material directly to a part thus creating a bond, gasket or seal uniquely perfect for that part.
